Now, a little bit more about Sparrow PMP.
What We Do: We offer proven solutions to help your project/program management solutions to achieve your goals and objectives.
How? We blend traditional PMP-based principles and best practices with the unique needs of you and your organization to formulate a project management solution tailored to your requirements for success.
That sounds pretty awesome, doesn’t it? But what does all that really mean?
Our project management solution design can easily be summarized into 3 steps:
- Plan - Congratulations! You and your team came up with a really great idea. But where do you start? What exactly are we trying to achieve? Why is it important? Let’s start with who/what/when/why/how at a minimum and then select the planning tools you need based on purpose, scope, and objectives.
- Execute - Time to get to work. There is where the magic happens - tasks are completed, your leadership is impressed with the forward momentum, you’ll be collaborating better than ever, and what started off as a great idea is coming into fruition.
- Assess - Is everything on track? Has anything changed since the cost of planning or execution? Take time to make sure the original plan/idea/why/where/how/when still holds true or may have adjustments.
The Plan.Execute.Assess method can be repeated in sprint cycles (agile) or phased using a Waterfall Approach (tried and true). Whichever way we apply Plan.Execute.Assess the end results is YOUR SUCCESS.
Thanks to the Pareto principle, we know that we should spend 80% of our time on the most critical tasks to yield 80% of our results. With Plan.Execute.Assess we spend each cycle on Plan and Assess (only) and 80% on Execute.
